This return policy applies to orders for handmade cards, wedding stationery, greeting cards, and printed materials supplied by us from our studio in London, Great Britain. We supply handmade cards and printed materials across the United Kingdom to customers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read the following about returns and refunds for customers in the UK.
Standard Products
If you receive a ready-made handmade card or print product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We may offer a replacement or refund once we have confirmed the issue. This applies to orders delivered within Great Britain. Our greeting cards and non-personalised printed materials shipped to addresses in London, England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland are covered by this policy.
Custom and Personalised Orders
Orders that are made to your specifications (e.g. custom wording, names, or design on wedding stationery or greeting cards) cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error. We will send proofs for approval before production where possible. This includes bespoke wedding stationery, personalised invitations and custom printed materials ordered from our London studio for delivery anywhere in the UK.

Contact us first using the details on our contact page. We will tell you whether a return is accepted and how to send items back. Returns from within Great Britain may be sent to: Holloway Road, Units 42–50, 10 Hornsey St, London N7 8EL, Great Britain. We serve customers across the United Kingdom for handmade cards and printed materials; returns from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland should be sent to this London address unless we advise otherwise.
